Kettlebell training has gone crazy over the past few years. It’s now no longer a secret training tool used by Russian Special forces or fighters, everyone can benefit from the demands a simple kettlebell puts on your body. They start as light as 4 kg, although that’s probably too light for even the most unfit individual. The kettlebell fitness class in the WOSSOBAMA GYM lasts 45 minutes and is a great fat burning and muscle toning workout. Its as good as training for twice as long doing weight training then cardio separately. The class is on Tuesday’s 5.30pm – 6.15pm.
