MARTIAL ARTS STUDIO

The gym has an excellent fully equipped martial arts studio for all your martial arts needs. You can use the studio and can take part in any of the 30 plus weekly classes we operate, train with a Personal Trainer, train yourself or train with a friend during ‘Studio Freetime’ when there is no classes on every day 7 days a week (see class timetable for ‘Studio Freetime’, if there is a class on you cannot use the studio).

  • Matted Area with 80mm pro quality jigsaw mats
  • Focus Pads, Kick Pads, Thai Pads, Timers & Bells, Ropes etc
  • Studio Fitness equip; Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, Ab Trainers etc
  • Sparring gloves (16oz) and all other equipment you need..
  • Shop that stocks everything you require..

  • Personal Training is available in many disciplines
